Overall, we are very happy with the whole experience. The only let-down was the color of the wood. When we ordered the bench it was shown as a much darker color - one of the reasons we bought it - but once installed it is much lighter, like a pine color. It doesn’t really go with anything else on the back yard, so I might have to restrain it, which is not what I aspected
