We ordered a long, narrow pool cover (75x10’) as a replacement. Zach arrived soon after my initial contact with Pool Covers Inc. He let us know that we would have to wait 6 weeks for installation. So we signed a contract, cover was installed on specified day, pulleys and rope too. The tech made sure the cover pulled closed correctly and made some adjustments. We were very pleased with the service.
