Pool Covers, Inc. is busy and they are busy because they are very good at what they do. They are the best around, and people know it. So other than waiting to get them out I can tell you that they absolutely know what they are doing. When they come out, they take care of things and get the job done. They go the extra mile, every time! They are honest, if anything is their fault, or it's a warranty issue they take care of it with no questions asked. My experiences with them for 15 years have been nothing short of awesome. I love this company and cannot imagine anyone else for two pools needs.
