I found Pool Covers, Inc. on the web. Although their pricing was fair and the owner was nice, I don't think that I would hire them again. The owner came out to give me the quote and then I followed up with the staff to schedule the appointment to replace the pool cover. The staff was less than friendly and accommodating. The techs who came to replace the pool cover were not prepared. They didn't have the equipment necessary to clean under the pool cover. I had to let them borrow my blower. I thought they would have everything they needed since this is their business. They did show up on time and they were respectful of my property, I just expected more. It is about time to start using the pool again. I do think that the next time I get a pool cover I will use a smaller, yet more expensive provider, who may be more prepared and friendlier than Pool Covers, Inc. was.
