The first technician came while I was away. The cover still groaned and didn’t always open all the way. It was just as it was when I requested service. I was sent a bill which I paid but complained that the work was either nonexistent
Or just unsatisfactory.
A second technician arrived and I was here. He said the pulleys were worn out and replaced all of them. There was no kSbir charge; just. Charge for the replacement pulleys.
So one service call was terrible; the second was fine.
