I have used Pool Covers, Inc. three times. I need a new cover that opens and closes for me because I have grandchildren who visit. It takes a long time to get an appointment, and the office staff aren't as friendly as they could be. But the technicians are friendly, and they knew what they were doing! I've lived here 27 years. Of those 27 I have had pool covers for 18 years. I've gone through three of them because they get sun damage. For this last cover I had to make payments to Pool Covers, Inc. They didn't seem to have a problem with it as I never received a phone call from them. I just received a statement every month. And they didn't charge me any interest! I have since refinanced my house and am able to purchase a cover without making payments. So I hope they still want to do business with me. Their technicians were polite and courteous as well as easy to work with. They know their product. They know their service. Plus the technicians who worked with me had been on staff for two years or more. And I like that. I would recommend Pool Covers, Inc. to my family and friends.
