This was our first time using Pool Covers Inc. for the repair of our pool cover which was originally installed by them. While they were easy to make an appointment with and arrived when they said they would, it was a less than stellar experience. We called them out to replace the pool cover that they had originally put in. There is supposed to be a sump pump inside the vault in order to get rid of the water. It wasn't installed correctly so the brand new motor was knocked out. Not only did they overcharge us, but they told me they didn't work on anything electric even though they're the ones who installed this system in the first place. While disappointed, they seem to be the only company who can service our Pool Cover, we hope that they improve, follow through with their work and make themselves more available.
