I had an excellent experience with Mass Carpet Care. I hired the company to do carpet work on the entire house. The staff worked on all of the bedrooms, dining rooms, office, living room, stairways, and hallways. They also worked on the tile flooring in the kitchen and also on some chairs. This entire project was my first time using them and I would highly recommend them to other people.

I appreciate that the work wasn't too expensive for me and that the quality was still great. I will definitely keep using this company for any future service if I need to. I find the staff very easy to work with. They are friendly, accommodating, and very affordable.
