We have used Mass Carpet Care many times. Gordy does all of our rentals. Recently they did the carpets in our own home, and they did a very good job. We love them. We think they are great!

We can call them at all hours, and they are always ready to help us at the last minute or in a crisis.

They are always polite & courteous. We will use them again, and I would definitely recommend them.
