Mass Carpet Care has been my carpet cleaner of choice for about 2 years.

I initially found them in the phone book and called them when I was in need of some immediate help, right then and there. They accommodated me and I have been using them ever since.

They do commercial cleaning for my business and are very accommodating as far as special requests that I make. Whether I ask them to do a specific kind of cleaning or request that they be there that night, in an emergency situation, they make it happen.

I would recommend Mass Carpet Care. They seem to bend over backwards to meet their customers' needs.
