Service tech Michael repaired our garage door hinges and suggested doubling strength of the hinge and roller system that previous companies had not even mentioned over the years and past appointments. It did not feel like an upsell, but a reasonable and appropriate intervention w our classic older wooden door and its weight. We also trouble shot a fraying cable and I would recommend his work and experience in the future.
