When I moved into my home less than a year ago, I noticed that my garage door was quite noisy, but didn't think much about it. This month, I saw an ad with a discount coupon for O'Brien .....thought "hmmm, I should probably do a maintenance service" When O'Brien arrived and viewed everything, he showed me why the noise, what was stressing/ruining my whole set-up, what he would recommend. It all made perfect sense to me. The cost was a bit more than what I had anticipated, but he had way more parts and labor costs than a simple maintenance. It was WELL worth it, door works very smoothly and is so quiet!
