
Saving Grace
A few years back I bought a Sony tv from Flint. I was so excited it was my first big tv. About a year later I noticed the screen started to apear green. I was so disappointed as I started looking at the Internet to see that there was a class action lawsuit and it was a defect. Meanwhile I had a friend with the exact same tv and the exact same problem. I called Flint to see what my options were. They walked me through your the process. They came and picked up my tv, gave us a loaner tv. Dealt with Sony for me and delivered and set up my new tv at no cost. That is what I call good customer service. On the other hand my friend wasn't given any help from the big box store he bought his from. I ended up with a better replacement tv than he did as well. To this it it $@!#% him off he didn't go to Flint. I am a contractor in South Kingstown and when ever my customers ask where they can go I send them to flint.
