Poor repair service - owner is a liar - TV under warranty
I have purchased a total of three televisions from Flint and was very satisfied until my third television was defective. I purchased it April of 2021 and found the defect in October (6 months from purchase). Initially I was optimistic because a technician came and confirmed the problem. The owner initially told me that a replacement was ordered but it would take a few weeks. I called again after a few weeks (early December) and he then told me that TV would not be replaced and that a manufacturer representative was supposed to reach out to me. “During that call he said he would reach out to the company and call me by end of Day. It is now Dec 29 and I have not heard back from the store.
