For MAC and MAC questions, go to Providence
I guess it depends on what you are getting, buying - I have bought my MAC there - and the customer service was OK for buying it- but they do not offer real help - They offer 1 on 1 for help with issues on MAC - I did that a couple of times - ( far form a genius bar) but never found those particular people all that interested or helpful - and they charge $30 /1/2 hr.
As much as I hate going to Apple at Providence Place that is where I go now - best for help and service- and I even went to Providence to buy my iPad
