I went in today 5/7/14 @ 1 to ask some questions about the MacBook Pro as my current computer is running Windows XP and as support for this OS has ended was interested in upgrading. Salesperson seemed as if could not be bothered, had an "important" phone call and when he found out I was not buying today had no time and was more interested in selling an adapter to another customer than answering any other questions.

While I live on the island and try to support the local businesses....Flint has lost a previous loyal customer. Similar to my experience at Clare Jeep last year when buying a Wrangler who also lost my business as bought elsewhere. I have been involved in the yachting industry in this town for over 20 years and the customer service when looking to buy a $1,000+ item was poor to say the least.
