I had both my upstairs and downstairs units go out in a period of 7 weeks. I called Air Repair Pros because they had done some work for me before. They came the same day to determine the problem and in one case were able to replace the unit that day and on the other, the next day. Both times I called, it was a weekend and for the second unit, the repair was on a Sunday. There were no extra charges for weekends. The install groups were great and the sales people worked with me on the pricing since I had to replace two units within 7 weeks. Hopefully, I won't need them for another 10 years, but if do, I'll definitely call them again!
