I have been very satisfied with my experience at Ascent Audiology & Hearing and have already recommended them to people I know. I was impressed with the technological knowledge of Dr. Vaught and how it has helped the hearing industry. I have an Android phone, not an iPhone, so there was a little bit of a learning curve for both of us with the APP on my phone involving more than one call to tech support. Once that was resolved, I haven't had any big issues. The ringing in my ear was affected by frequencies I listen to and Dr. Vaught was able to adjust things to give me a crisper sound. In between visits, I make notes with regard to specific things and she always takes care to use that information to adjust the frequencies accordingly. I find her and her staff very responsive to my needs. It's easy to schedule appointments and the staff is friendly and polite. The office is clean and technologically current. I am happy with the attention I have received and will continue to use Dr. Vaught at Ascent Audiology & Hearing.
