Ascent Audiology & Hearing is a great company to work with. This was my first time using their services. I called a few companies when I was looking for hearing aids and Ascent Audiology & Hearing was the most thorough, professional and knowledgable company of those that I contacted. The staff was wonderful to work with. They took the time to explain things as well as answer my questions. The only reason I did not give them five stars is because of the lack of follow up. One of the times I had asked about a web site during our meeting and it was not given to me when I left. It took two weeks before Heather contacted me with the information I requested. Perhaps she is a bit overworked but she seems to be forgetful. Overall I thought Ascent Audiology & Hearing offers good products and their staff is professional and knowledgeable.
