I've been a customer of Ascent Audiology & Hearing for a year. The staff has always been very nice, very friendly, and very professional. The offices are very nice, they are clean and appealing. The service is good. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I first heard about Ascent through an advertising mailer. The ad listed the address as being in Powell, Ohio, but they are actually located in Delaware, Ohio, and it's a half-hour drive from where I live. Had I known it was that far away, I probably wouldn't have chosen them. The first time I had an appointment, I had difficulty locating the offices. I highly recommend them, but make sure you know they are not actually located in Powell.
