Let me tell you I have nothing but good things to say about Ascent Audiology & Hearing. Their services had been suggested to me by my provider, so I went in to check them out. I had shopped for hearing aids at a couple other companies and wasn't happy with the way I was treated, the experiences were bad and I wouldn't purchase a thing from them. In contrast, the people at Ascent Audiology & Hearing were great, I have nothing but good things to say about them. I was impressed with their personal service, and liked the way that I was completely attended to. Sometimes I feel as though my questions are foolish, but I like to know the ins and outs of everything, and the staff at Ascent were positively friendly, helpful and answered all my questions without hesitation. My hearing aids are so wonderful, I almost forget I'm wearing them! More than once I've actually gone to bed with them still in. Again, just couldn't be happier with the experience and my new hearing aids.
