I ordered two shutters for two different windows from Sunshade Blinds & Drapery. The service was good except for one issue. There was a curtain fixture up on the window and they would not take it down for me and told me that it would cost extra if they did remove it. It was just a matter of removing two screws from a bracket the curtain rod hangs on. That was fine I had someone else remove it for me and it took two minutes for removal. The installers who installed these custom shutters were clean and tidy in their work. They were polite as well and the shutters turned out lovely. I would use them again under the understanding that they will remove anything from the window at their own expense. I am a senior citizen and had no way of doing that myself. I am pleased with the shutters and they do look terrific, but the level of customer service just wasn't at a five-star.
