Sound By Design is a top-notch company, and I am glad that I hired them! I bought a TV from them, but it was a little too small for the living room. So I put it in the bedroom, and bought another TV from them, just a little bigger. They came out to install it for me, and they tackled a pre-existing problem that I had. My receiver was in the cabinet, and it was constantly overheating. I would get warnings on my TV, that the system was about to shut down. They provided me several options, and I asked them what their personal opinion was. They gave me an option that was not the most expensive. Now, if my system gets hot, the hot air is vented out through my chimney. They also troubleshot another problem. I had the cable people out at the same time, and they went over everything. They finally figured out that my HDMI Port 3 had burned out due to a power surge. This was a difficult thing to run down, but they stayed until they had it figured out. These people really know what they are doing!
