This was my first time using Sound By Design. The came out and rewired the TV and internet cable on the exterior of our house. It turned out kind of okay. We had to have a repair person come back in and replace the jack that they had installed because they put in an old jack that was faulty. I really would have thought he would have tested the jack before he left. He did respond very promptly, and he came out quickly. He did pretty good work other than the faulty jack. The price was a little high, but I needed it right away, and he was able to do that.
