Initially found company as very highly rated on HomeAdvisor. Scheduled an appointment to install a couple of inside walls HDMI cables from Family Room to nearby audio/video wiring closet. When the first technicians sent out were unable to complete our relatively simple cable fishing job, the company's owner came to our home the next day to complete the job so we could remount a large wall-mounted flat screen TV and get our house put back together for the Thanksgiving holiday. The owner even took the time to set up and demonstrate some internet "smart" features of our home entertainment system (that had been installed by another company when the house was built) after hooking up and checking the operation of our flat screen TV, now connected by HDMI. We were so impressed with the company owner's knowledge and customer service attitude that we soon thereafter contracted with Sound By Design too install an additional indoor audio zone to our whole home audio system. That work has also now been very professionally completed, and looks and sounds great. Very highly recommended.
