It was my first time working with Sound By Design and I can tell that they are a good company but they were sadly unable to solve the issue I was having. We have been having some ongoing issues with the antenna on our home and have called multiple companies to come by and check it out. Sound By Design has some good customer service and were able to get back to us very quickly. When they arrived at our home they essentially told us they had a fix but when everything was said an done we still have the issue. I do feel they did everything they could but just couldn't figure out what was going on.
