I've used Abel at American Phoenix Hardwood Flooring on 2 separate occasions, and I just hired him again to do a different floor. The first time I hired him because he had the best quote originally for installing probably about 1000 square feet of wood flooring on the first floor of the old house in Milwaukee. He did a nice job, so I had him back to refinish the stairs up to the second floor of the house. They were originally done in pine and were in bad shape, so he did that, and now we're having him take out the tile in the kitchen floor and install maple floors, over the next couple of weeks, to match the rest of the floors on the first floor.

I have already recommended American Phoenix Hardwood Flooring to a few people, including my neighbors down the street who used them and also my brother-in-law. They've been happy with them as well, with both Abel and the results, and they're definitely happy that it's done. Everything went pretty much as advertised, including the insuring and delivery of waivers and everything else you could want.
