I have used Emmanuel's off and on for more than 20 years. (Oriental rugs don't need cleaning very often.) It had been several years since I had needed them and I knew they had moved somewhere. The new location was a little difficult to find but absolutely worth it. There was the same friendly customer service and good quality work as always. And it is very straight forward, no pretense.
The woman who waited on me was the great grand daughter of the founder, and she told me that her kids also work there part of the time. It is very rare to find a company in its 4th generation of family ownership (and working on the fifth!) In my book, that is one more reason to be their customer.
