Living room rug
We were very pleased with the cleaning of the two rugs we took into the Seattle shop. But when I called to schedule the pickup and cleaning of another rug I was told that it would be $500+ instead of the $240 estimate I had been given when I took my original 2 rugs in. The person on the phone sounded new to the job,but when I left my phone number for a call back I did not hear from anyone. We will not use them again.
