This was my first time to use Carpet Surgeon Inc. They did quite a lot of work for me. It took three men parts of two days to do it. They shampooed the carpets, of course, re-stretched it, and also worked on some very difficult stains for me. One was a filtration stain against a wall, and they did a fabulous job getting all the stains out. They also repaired some squeaky floorboards, and repaired a snag in a Berber carpet. Overall, they did an excellent job. The men who came out, Gabriel, Adam, and Jacob, were very knowledgeable, and very good at their job. Professional, polite, and just plain terrific! I guess if all your carpet needs is a simple shampoo, then there are many companies that can do that. But, these are the people to call if you need some serious work done!
