We spent over $5,000 with Knueve & Sons, Inc. to purchase and install a water softening system, the actual softener, and a hot water heater. But, it has never worked right. For a while we had a sulphur smell, and they got that corrected. Now, air is getting into the system from somewhere. But the main reason for the low ratings is their failure to communicate with us. We call them to come out and fix the system, and then we never hear from them. We have to call them back to see if they were ever here at all. They never call us back. We don't even know if they have been in our home, or not, unless we call them back. Very poor communication skills. So no, we are NOT satisfied customers.
