I have been going to Lexutech for five years for routine servicing of my Camry. I have never had anything break.
I walked out to my car one evening and heard that horrible click, click, sound and no one was around. I called Lexutech for the name of their recommended towing company. Kevin answered, and said that he would be right over (I work about ten minutes from there). He had his portable battery and hooked it up and my car started right up. I followed him back to the shop and even though they were closed, he stayed after to put in a new battery I was on my way by 6PM. This was a situation which could have really screwed up two days, and everything got resolved in less than an hour
