Our move consultant confirmed the time for our move the night before. We had a window of 11-4. At 4:15 the movers (not dispatch) called to say they probably would not be there until 8:30 pm. Apparently at their first move of the day the client added a storage locker which I get things happen however at that point I would think the movers would go yes not getting out of here by X time and then they could have called. Who wants to start moving at 8:30 at night? They only gave us a $50 discount too which I thought was pretty terrible.
