I am the property manager of a commercial office building and Guarantee Pest Control have been servicing the building since before I started here 12 years ago. The technician we deal with is always willing to go above and beyond normal service to make sure that we are satisfied and that our pest control problems are taken care of in a timely manner.

We deal primarily with Brad, who is the field technician, and he is very thorough. He takes time to explain all the different treatments and he advises us about the causes of the pest problems and steps to prevent them. And, he goes out of his way to find the source. He will go into the ceiling and other undesirable areas. He goes above and beyond.
