Blanton's Heating & A/C really came through for me at a time when others couldn't. I had the air conditioner go out in a house that I lease. It was over Labor Day weekend--which makes it hard enough to get service--but the woman in the house was due to have a baby any day. I called several folks, but no one would do it over the weekend.

A man that I work with told me about Blanton's, so I gave them a shot. I called and spoke with Tanya, and told her about my situation. Well, she got right on it and Jim was on the scene within a few hours. Jim did an excellent job communicating what was wrong and what needed to be done. He got everything up and running, and my tenant had her baby the very next day.

This alone was enough to make me happy with Blanton's, but when Jim was at the house he also found that some of the duct work hadn't been installed properly by the original installers. As a result, fumes from the furnace were allowed to escape. I had just recently sealed the house up, so this could have been a huge problem come winter, especially for a family with a small child. Jim will be coming back to fix the ducts, and I couldn't be more satisfied with Blanton's.
