Dang, I wish I would have read these other reviews before contacting these guys.

They claim to be Bosch approved service providers... THEY ARE NOT!! As per Bosch.
I had one guy out to the house Dec. 8th. He ordered a part and came back a week later. At that time he tore apart my dishwasher and stared at it for an hour. Said he needed to come back another time with his boss. So he and his boss came back two day later. They torn apart the dishwasher and stared at it for another hour, then left.

Bobby (the boss) called me the next day and said that he could not fix it and to find someone else! (And he was rude) It was one of the weirdest business situations I have encountered.
Its now Dec. 18th and I'm back to square one.

DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS! CREEPY SITUATION!
