Horrible horrible horrible.
Had service put in and repair guy came out. Had to reschedule repairs due to having to order parts. Was told that he would come out before thanksgiving. No call, no service visit. Called 11/24 and got repair guy out. Told us transmission is blown and we have to have a new washer. That their company would call us. 12/2 I hadn't heard anything back. Called and spoke to a lady. She promised me that the repair info was submitted to insurance, that insurance would handle it from there. Called insurance right after-info was not submitted. Called repair people 12/4, got voicemail and left one requesting a call back and why. No call back. 12/5 I called back. Got manager. VERY unprofessional. Kept cutting me off and saying that "they put info in last week" when I specifically asked for the date, it was put in 12/3. AFTER I had called and followed up. Manager had no problem yelling at me, cutting me off, lying, and being incredibly unprofessional. This company is incompetent.
Also repair guy asked for a towel so we gave him one thinking it was to wipe up the water. Nope. Our towel is caked with grease. Unprofessional and incompetent. Don't use them, nothing will get done in a decent amount of time. Repair request was 11/21 it's now 12/5. Wasting money and time going to a laundromat due to their incompetency.
