Nikki Kopetzky at Ascent Audiology & Hearing has been taking care of my audiology needs for over 15 years. I have been so satisfied with her and with the clinic that I still go there even though I have moved several states away! She has always been very helpful, and she is wonderful about explaining things to me. And, she explains them in an easy-to-understand way. If you ask her a question, and she does not know the answer, she will not rest until she does get the answer. She is a really good person, and she goes out of her way to accommodate you. She has even seen me outside normal hours if I can not make it to the clinic on time. If it were possible, I would give her, and the clinic, Six Stars! They are that good!
