Ascent Audiology & Hearing provides me with excellent service! I mean just wonderful! I like the fact that Nikki Kopetzky is an audiologist, and I get to see her when I go in. At other places I have been, you see the audiologist for the test, and then somebody else takes care of the adjustments and things, and you never see the audiologist again. But not at Ascent. She takes care of the adjustments, and she lets you see what is happening on a screen. I just have a lot more confidence at Ascent. Plus, Nikki teaches you things, like how to use the foreign language functions. I really like going to Ascent Audiology & Hearing, and I highly recommend them to everybody!
