Nikki, the audiologist at Ascent Audiology & Hearing, is a wonderful person, and very responsive. She takes the time to listen to me with interrupting. She makes a list of all my concerns and ideas on how to improve performance, and then she makes sure to follow up with answers for me. She is very patient, and pretty much everything I have ever asked of her, she has done. If she does not know the answer, for example, how a particular app works, she will call the manufacturer and work with them. I am very happy with Ascent, and I highly recommend them!
