Dr. Kopetzky is the absolute best audiologist I have ever seen! Very professional yet very friendly and easy to talk to. She listened to all of concerns and explained every part of the exam and what my issues were. Honest and trustworthy, I'm a comp rated veteran and Dr. Kopetzky explained a lot of my options and instructed me to go through the VA and gave me copies of my exam to take to them. I will utilize and recommend her to everyone I know that could need a great audiologist!!
