Nikki with Ascent Audiology & Hearing was very responsive with my father. She really took very good care of him and listened to his concerns. She went so far as to hook him up with an alternate hearing aid device during his appointment so that she would be able to communicate with him in order to answer all his questions. She really took a lot of time with my father.

The hearing aid that she got for him worked very well and he was very happy with it. The casting in the ear was good with that whole process working out really well.

The only think that I would like to see is them get their billing and payment system streamlined. It took the gal who did accounts payable several tries to get the payment to go through. I'm not sure if that was the card scanner system or their internal system which caused the issue but maybe worth looking into.

I think Nikki was fabulous with my father who is of course very elderly and she was patient and kind. I do recommend her and her staff for the overall care that they provide.
