I received a complimentary exam flyer from Ascent Audiology & Hearing. I typically never use those types of adverts especially for health related issues. For some reason I decided to go ahead and schedule myself and my husband for the free hearing exam. Nikki was very professional and very thorough. She explained everything very clearly and distinctly. We were very pleased with her personality and her personability. I let her know how much I appreciated the outreach for a free hearing exam and how much I appreciated her information about aging and hearing loss. I feel very confident that when the time comes that I may need to have anything done that she will be able to take care of me and my husband. She was very delightful! I cannot say enough good stuff about the entire staff! The receptionist who greeted us was also very friendly, she smiled and offered coffee, it was just a great experience and also a great way for both my husband and I to be educated about our hearing. As aging adults they really gave us the information that we needed! I have recommended them to ten people already and I absolutely will continue to do so! Delightful experience in every way!
