When we were trying to decide which roofing company to use, we asked 6 different companies to come to our plant. We showed them what we needed done and asked for a quote from each of them.

We needed someone to do a complete re-roofing for our 110,000-sq.-ft. building. The roof was in very bad shape and there were leaks everywhere. Nothing had been done in 20 years.

We spent 3 months investigating different companies before deciding to use Pro Seal Roofing Corporation. Pro Seal impressed us the most and proved themselves by what they brought to the table, including their quote, which was complete and concise.

All of the companies that we considered came out 2 to 3 times to meet with us. Some of them had been in the business for 30 years. Pro Seal was the youngest out of the group, so we initially had concerns about whether they had the experience to do the job.

We met with Pro Seal 3 times and were sold on them. When they came out, we walked through the job and they explained what they would do and how. They also brought in part of the product they would use.

The two men who came out to meet with us were Bobby Overland, who represented the sales/money side, and Jose, the supervisor who manages the crew. Their presentation was excellent and they appeased our concerns. They not only talked to me, the maintenance and facility manager, but also to my staff and my boss.

We got a range of quotes from the 6 companies we looked at, from $300,000 to $500,000. There was one company whose quote was less than Pro Seal's but the quality of Pro Seal's products and workmanship was much higher.

I even called the manufacturer that furnished the product because I wanted to know what would happen to our warranty if Pro Seal went out of business. They said that they had confidence in Pro Seal and had been working with them for 2 years. The manufacturer also sent me a document in writing saying that they would pick up the warranty if Pro Seal went out of business.

Pro Seal did the complete re-roofing for our building with new gutters all the way around and all new, industrial downspouts. They also flashed in all the protrusions going up through the roof.

They had answers to all of our questions and concerns. For example, I was concerned about people walking on the roof. Pro Seal put down walk pads and took extra precautions which they added to the quote. Other companies did not do that.

They brought in an approximately 30-person crew. Jose, the supervisor on our project, was very excellent with management skills and scheduling. He went over and above the call of duty.

Each day, I personally walked up to the roof and watched what they were doing. Once the project was done, the manufacturer sent a manager out to look at it as well.

Pro Seal completed the re-roofing project 2-1/2 years ago and we have not had any problems or leaks having to do with the roof.

We have had other issues caused by ceiling fans and pipes, and every time, Pro Seal has come out to see what the problem was. Their friendly service guys have always worked excellently with my maintenance crew. They have helped fix problems that had nothing to do with the roof or their workmanship and quality of the product.

In fact, they have been back to my building about 10 times now and said they did not want to charge me. They wanted to maintain their good service at no extra cost. We insisted that we pay for their service because it was so good.

They have since given us a discount for employees of ours that want roofing work done on their homes. Everyone who has gotten quotes from Pro Seal has ended up using them.
