I called them at 6:30 PM. They had someone in the area. Their technician (Miguel) arrived by 7:30 and was done by 8:00.
He was polite and professional. He explained what he was doing and what would happen to the bees. They don't kill the bees, they move them.
I would absolutely call them again.
