We have a bee problem for couple of days, so I called Little Giant in the afternoon. The lady named Marry, answered the phone very friendly to answer my question about cost, schedule and other questions about service. Then she booked the same day service for me. After work, the specialist Jeff called me 30mins before he came. He arrived on time. He was really humorous and knowledgeable. It only took him less than 20 mins to remove the hive underneath the irrigation box lid. I was really thankful the google search and other people's high reviews. So that I can find this awesome company as soon as I need. Hopefully there will be no more bee problem happening to my house. But if so, I will definately use them again!!
