I bought my Lennox 3 Ton AC Model #LRP14AC36EP2 in 2022 and after 1 yes I wrote 1 month my units compressor went and I had to wait one week for another compressor. I have to call to schedule maintenance because I never receive anything from the company and now after only 3 years my compressor went again. Now I received a call saying I must wait 3-5 days for the part in the Florida heat. My unit is just turning 3 years old and I have had nothing but problems. I had the fluids in my unit and they dumped the fluids and said I have to pay another $1500 for the new compressor. I was told from the technician I was "lucky" it was still under warranty or it would be a lot more. I think I was sold a used model and I am highly disappointed in this company. As an older person they must think I am not up to date on looking into things or knowing how to use my unit. The technician wouldn't even do my yearly maintenance that was coming up this month because it was an "emergency" appointment.
I suggest lookin elsewhere if you want a unit to actually work and last longer than 3 years.
