I have a home in Punta Gorda where I reside for eight months out of the year. I purchased two air conditioner/heating units since 2000. Ellsworth Heating & Cooling Inc has maintained them for years now. I recently sent them a check to reinstate my contract for another year. I have a maintenance agreement with them. I get two maintenance visits. One is in the Fall. And the other is in the Spring. However, this year I'm not down there because I had to go to the hospital then to a nursing home. But I'm back home now in Connecticut. I will continue to use their service because I am more than satisfied with them. It's easy to make an appointment. They come to Punta Gorda on certain days of the week. They are not only polite and courteous, but they are professional as well.
