I had talked to Jim the night before in regard to an emergency call concerning the AC unit not coming on. It came on after multiple attempts by myself turning by it on and off. Jim said he would be out the next morning. He was here bright and early and fixed the problem. He is a great employee and please don't let him retire. It so nice to deal with an AC company that I trust and never have to be worried about being over charged or ripped off. And of course the AC unit works great. Jim takes the time to explain things and educates me on how to prevent costly repairs. I would never hesitate to reccommend your company to anyone.
