I hardly ever give a company five stars because I believe there's always room for improvement. But I give five stars to Ellsworth's Heating and Cooling without hesitation. I've had really good experiences with them since my first husband passed away in nineteen seventy-seven. At that time, my oldest son didn't think my air conditioning was working properly, so he asked his father-in-law for advice. He recommended Ellsworth's Heating and Cooling. My son was told that I probably needed all new ductwork under my mobile home and he insisted on paying for it. When the guys from Ellsworth came out and went down under the house, they didn't find anything wrong with the ductwork. What they found was that an animal had gone under there and pulled all the ductwork away from the house. It had to be reattached. Before doing anything, they consulted me. They offered to go ahead and put in all new ductwork but told me it would be an unnecessary expense and they could just reattach the ductwork that was already there. Of course, I agreed to save the expense and have them reattach it. After they were done with the project, they told me there would be no charge for their work. Ever since then, I've stuck with Ellsworth's Heating and Cooling. They may have new people working for them now, but I think it is still the same owner. I am a loyal customer after all these years because of the way they treated me so long ago. There are very, very few companies who would do that today.
